RETURN AND EXCHANGE

While we regret that we cannot exchange items for different sizes or colors of the correct shipped item, we're pleased to offer returns and exchanges under these two conditions;

  1. Majorly defective items that were inadvertently missed by our quality control (QC) process (except "as is" items)
  2. Items received do not match your original order

Terms and conditions for exchange are as followings;

  1. Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days for consideration of a new item
  2. The item being exchanged must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and packaging
  3. Please send back the exchange item along with your receipt
  4. Only one exchange is permitted per purchase. Items returned in a non-sellable condition will not be exchanged and may be returned to you
  5. We will cover the return shipping costs for the item

RETURN AND REFUND

If you decline an exchange or the item you desire is out of stock in the size or color you've selected, we're glad to offer returns and refunds under these two conditions:

  1. Majorly defective items that were inadvertently missed by our quality control (QC) process (except "as is" items)
  2. Items received do not match your original order

Terms and conditions for exchange are as followings;

  1. Kindly send back your return item along with your receipt
  2. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund request.
  3. The approved refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of parcel received by us, (refunds are processed on the 15th and the last day of each month).
  4. The total refund amount will correspond to the amount specified on the receipt.
  5. We'll cover the shipping cost if the original order is out of stock. However, if you decline to exchange for the originally ordered item, we won't cover the shipping cost.
  6. The refund process will be transferred in your bank account only (we will reach out to you via email to ask your bank account information)
  7. Items returned in an unsellable condition will not be refunded and may be returned to you.
